PATRICOR LLC ("Patricor", "we") is a wholesale trading company supplying vehicle parts, coffee, tea and spices, textiles, clothing and footwear, household electronics, furniture and lighting, machinery and building materials. Our customers and suppliers are businesses in Ukraine and abroad. This policy explains how we process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Data we process

  • Business contacts of representatives of customers, suppliers, carriers and inspection agencies.
  • Contracts, invoices, shipping and customs documents.
  • Information on directors and beneficial owners of counterparties, for sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks.

3. Foreign suppliers

Contacts with suppliers abroad involve transferring business contact details and shipping data to them and to freight forwarders in their countries. We transfer only what is needed for the trade.

4. Product safety and recalls

For food products (coffee, tea, spices) and electrical goods, we keep records of which batches were delivered to which customer so that a recall can be carried out quickly.

5. Purposes and grounds

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (customs, tax, sanctions, product safety), and legitimate interests (counterparty verification, claims).

6. Recipients

Suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers and authorities, inspection and laboratory companies, banks and insurers. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

  • Trade and customs documents: as required by customs and tax law.
  • Batch delivery records: shelf life plus 2 years for food; warranty period for electrical goods.
  • Counterparty checks: 5 years after the relationship ends.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
